NAHF's Dokdo Museum Seoul has surveyed its satisfaction to provide better operational plans and good services. The survey was conducted by dividing the audience and the program. This was conducted on 330 visitors from January to December 2020, of which 195(59%) responded to the survey. Among the respondents, 173 people(89%) said they visited the museum because they wanted to know about Dokdo. The question of 'satisfaction change' before and after the visit increased by 0.28 points from 4.15 to 4.43 points(5 points). The question of 'change of understanding of Dokdo' before and after the visit showed an increase of 1.41 points from 3.15 to 4.56 points(5 points). In addition, 89(46%) answered 'activity sheet' and 85(44%) answered 'exhibition contents' to the question 'the most helpful contents to understand Dokdo'. Finally, 90 (46%) answered that "various exhibition, education program is needed" for the development of Dokdo Museum Seoul.
