On November 5, the 5th NAHF Chairman Kim Do-hyung retired after three years of office. We have set up a place to convey a plaque of appreciation to the chairman who devoted himself to NAHF.
Kim said “When I took office as chairman, I presented balanced historical awareness, policy development familiar with international affairs, sharing the right historical awareness, and management innovation through fairness and autonomy. I’m sorry I didn’t get enough of these, but I leave with a heart of gratitude and good memories for the people I’ve worked with.”
He also said he hoped NAHF would become a more important institution, discuss projects in a large framework and resolve them from a broad perspective. And he urged employees to strengthen our status and role as a public institution, to improve the public's perception of history and to fulfill our social role.
