On December 27th, the 6th President of the Northeast Asian History Foundation, Lee Young-ho, concluded his three-year term and retired.
During his retirement ceremony, following Lee Young-ho's farewell speech, expressing his dedication to the Foundation over the past three years, the staff conveyed their gratitude by presenting him with plaques and bouquets.
In his farewell speech, former Chairman Lee Young-ho expressed his regret that despite his efforts to establish the role of the Foundation in research and policy development under challenging circumstances, particularly amidst the pandemic, he feels there were insufficient achievements. Nevertheless, he expressed gratitude to the Foundation staff for their collective efforts and shared memories as he departs.
