2009 NAHF Fellowship Program for Northeast Asian Studies
The NAHF Program for Northeast Asian Studies is designed to provide foreign scholars an opportunity to carry out their research in Korea.

Northeast Asian History Foundation1. Eligibility
Individuals, who are majoring in the History-related Studies of Northeast Asia and Studies on Territory and Territorial waters, and currently being engaged in teaching and research activities, are eligible to apply. Applicants from the countries listed below will fit better for the purpose of this program. ○ Countries: United States, Japan, China, Russia, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Mongolia and Vietnam.
2. Grant period
There are three different grant periods of one month, two months and three months. All the programs may begin from Oct 1, 2009.
3. Fellowship Grant
○ Monthly Stipend: 4,000,000 won (average)
○ Round-trip Airfare (Economy-class)

5. Application Deadline All applications must be received from Sep.8~ by Sep.11 (Friday), 2009.
6. Notification
Applicants will be notified individually by e-mail of the results of the selection
process by September 23, 2009.
